We introduced a strong portfolio of local dishes, sourced artisan ingredients from nearby producers, and developed recipes that told the story of Larnaca’s culinary heritage. The breakfast buffet was completely reimagined to offer a boutique-style experience, with a flexible, homemade, and seasonal focus that felt personalized rather than corporate.
These improvements helped Indigo achieve an exceptional 9.98 rating in the IHG Mystery Shopper Audit, affirming its unique positioning as a true boutique destination within the city.
