How We Helped

As Group Executive Chef, Chef Petros Mavros led a complete culinary revitalization of Radisson Blu Larnaca. Across all outlets — the à la carte restaurant, rooftop bar, event spaces, and room service — we redefined the menus, introducing local influences in line with Radisson’s global brand standards. Special attention was given to revitalizing the breakfast buffet, making it more flexible, diverse, and cost-efficient, better catering to both international and local guests. Dolce Café, a local favorite, was repositioned with a fresher, vibrant urban menu, reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a premium hospitality destination.
As a result, the hotel’s breakfast offering scored a perfect 10.0 during the Radisson Mystery Shopper Audit.
